  For sale is a Bernard Model 2300 Boom Cart for use with Welders.
  57-1/4" (L) X 30-1/4" (W) Overall size of base.  47-3/4" (L) X 30-1/4"
  (W) area of base for mounting a welder.  11-1/2" Distance, floor to
  top of base.	78" Height, floor to pivot-point of boom.  70" Minimum
  distance, pivot point to outer end of boom.  Boom is length
  adjustable.  The mechanism for raising and lowering the boom works
  smoothly, and the wheels on the cart are in good condition.  NOTE:
  This listing is for the boom cart ONLY.  The item on the boom
