  For sale is a Machine Tool Handle.  Aluminum construction.  150mm
  (5.9") Diameter.  45mm (1.77") Overall height (not including crank).
  Folding-type crank handle.  16mm (0.625") Center hole for mounting to
  a shaft.  Center bore uses a thread-in collet to tighten the handle
  to your shaft.  This handle was removed from a Charmilles Erowa E20
