For sale is a Atlas Marcato pasta machine. Comes with a original box and a manual. Pages in the manual at some point were stuck together, but it is perfectly readable. The machine is in a good used shape. I tested it by making pasta, and it makes pasta just fine. See picture.
Also included is a "pasta drying rack".
A pasta machine was the first thing that I resold on eBay 6 years ago. So I am very partial to pasta machines.
Using this machine is very easy: add flour to eggs until the dough stops sticking to fingers and basorbing more flour. Then roll through flat rolls, to make a sheet. Roll that sheet through slotted rolls to make pasta. That's all.
