You are bidding on a used but in good condition Cobra 21 CB Radio.

It is guaranteed not to be DOA. Specifically, it was tested as follows:

it powers up
connecting it to 12 V and antenna made me able to hear static unless I could squelch it.
No other testing was performed.

It comes with a mike.
