abbott transformer

This is an Abbott Transistor made transformer. Converts 125 VAC into
15.7 VDC. Seems to have a built in stabilizer. The lower plate should be
used for cooling (attach it to flat metal surface). Tested, found to work.
Size about 5x6x6 inches.
This is a military surplus item and it cost the Feds $955. Seems to have
never been used.
