For sale is a Williams TM-1000 torque multiplier. 2,000 ft-lb maximum, 4:1 ratio, converts 3/4" square drive input to 1" output. Williams is the industrial division of Snap-On.
This torque multiplier comes from a bankrupt factory with a habit of buying too many expensive tools. While I cannot say for sure that it is new, I could not discern any evidence of having been used, and my guess is that it was actually used, but very little.
