For sale is a Westinghouse HMCP Amp Breaker. Looks great, clean takeout from a nice bankrupt factory. HMCP003A0C. 3 amp. The 3A rating makes little sense to me, as the adjustable breaker goes up to 30 amps. Maybe this is a 30 amp breaker? You decide. Just look at the pictures.
