  Length is 16-1/2; width is 3";
  Length of part with 2 holes is 4-1/2"
  Length of part with 4 holes is 5-1/4"
  Thickness is 1/4"
  1/2" - diam of (4) holes
  5/8" - diam of (2) holes

  We can make it strait with our press for extra $10. It will NOT
  be perfectly straight but it will be passable.
