I tested this motor by connecting it to a compressor. The drive promptly turned. To see detailed info about this motor, go to snapon.com and type "ya390" in the search box. I am including the pictures from that website.
While the motor is sold as is, it has been tested for basic function. I did not measure torque specs etc, just plugged it into a compressor.
