For sale is a military surplus Simpson Battery Tester. For sale to USA citizens only due to the red "EUC required" sticker. If Iran gets their hand on this tester, they may be able to finally make a nuclear bomb. We'll lose that nuclear war and perish in the nuclear holocaust. Seriously, I cannot see any other reason why this POS is export controlled, but I must insist on the buyer being a US citizen.
