For sale is a This looks new because the part where the foot pushes the pedal is relatively clean. If it was used, it would be much dirtier in my opinion, especially the white arrow part. However, it may have been used, and there is some shelfwear. Also, this looks like it is in working condition, but I am not 100% sure about it and am not able to test it. If you get it and it's not working, you can send it back for a refund. You would just pay the return shipping. Thanks.
