For sale is what seems to be a Makino ASU05-4 controller. I have no idea what it does, comes from a parts room of a huge CNC mod shop with some Makino machines. The box it is in is also labeled Makino and there is some paperwork that I tried to picture. I cannot test it, therefore it is sold AS IS, with all faults etc.
