Of particular interest to sellers of generators: items with manuals sell better and fetch better prices. I recently bought and sold a MEP-017A (see this auction), and the manual explained everything I needed to know to run and test it safely. It sold for more than anyone could get for similar generators, not least because I included a printed manual and also provided a lot of pictures.
