For sale is a used 6" Kurt vise with swivel table included in sale. The vise seems to work fine. While it bears obvious signs of use, it does not seem like it has any damage that prevents it from properly functioning. Surplus property of Fermi lab, never used in production environment.
When I received this vise, it was missing a handle, so I bought a replacement handle on eBay. Now I think that it was a stupid idea and that it is better to just use a 3/4" deep socket and ratcheting wrench instead of spending $19.99 on the replacement. Anyway, this vise DOES come with the handle pictured, so my expense is your benefit.
