Knee Handle for Hitachi Seiki Horizontal Mill 10053

  For sale is a Knee Handle for Hitachi Seiki Horizontal Mill. As 
you can see in the pictures, there some teeth missing from this
item. I don't know if it was designed that way or if they 
were actually knocked off. I'm not sure.
