For sale is a GMC Truck Dash Instrument Panel Make/Brand: GMC Year: 1992 Model: C7H042 VIN/SERIAL: 1GDP7H1J3NJ523283 Meter: 14,063 miles The meter was NOT in any way rewound back or anything. It just happens to have exactly this many miles. I bought this truck from the City of Chicago and have their paperwork including that mileage. It really had that many miles on it, but it was hopelessly rusted due to having been used as a salter truck.
