  For sale is a HP Hewlett Packard 8648A Signal Generator 
100kHz-1000MHz
As you can see in the pictures, one of the back grey handles
is broken off. It does NOT seem to power up and IT IS SOLD FOR 
PARTS ONLY!

  Again, this unit is sold FOR PARTS! I did NOT perform 
  any troubleshooting beyond just plugging it in. And when 
  I did plug it in, the screen did not light up in any way.
