For sale is a CNC O/A OxyFuel Plasma Torch system with
BURNY 5 control. It is huge in size. I purchased it at auction of
MILWAUKEE BOILER COMPANY, where this torch is installed at the
moment of this writing. Sorry for bad pictures, I snapped a few
photos with my cell phones in a hurry.
I will take this system down around the end of October. If you want
to buy it before that, you can hire your own rigger to dismantle for
extra assurance (or you can hire me to dismantle). I will raise the
price once I move it to my warehouse.
This system is HUGE in size. I say that it is sold for parts
for two reasons only:
1) I have no idea how to test it and I have never seen it run.
The company is closed and I cannot ask anyone about it. This
system does, however, seem to be located with the other
functional equipment in their production line.
2) As we take it town and move it to our warehouse, some bolts or
bits may get lost. We are generally careful and know how to do
those things, but with equipment this size, you can count on some
bits getting lost or damaged.
My two minute check of this system did not reveal any obvious big
pieces missing or damaged. I do NOT have any derogatory information
about this system that I am hiding.
You are getting the rails, on which the whole thing rides,
and everything above those rails. You do not, however, get the
C-channel that is bolted to the floor, and the vertical stands
that support those rails. You also do not get parts laying on
the floor, which I do not believe are even related to this
system.
