  NOTE: This shop cart comes WITHOUT BATTERIES.  I have put batteries in
  this vehicle in order to test it.  It runs well, with no issues that
  I can find.  My batteries were removed after testing.  This shop cart
  comes WITHOUT BATTERIES.  It will come with a functional key.
