For sale is a single phase 5 HP 60 gallon Curtis compressor. This is an industrial quality compressor that I owned for a few years and lovingly maintained with proper oil, etc. There is no known problem with it. It pumps great. I am selling it because I bought a 7.5 HP compressor that will be replacing this 5 HP Curtis. This compressor includes a properly rated switch, as well as pressure regulator switch, so there is no need to buy an expensive mag starter -- just plug in and go. Uses 220v single phase, which is a standard residential voltage.
This compressor is powered by an indestructible Baldor 5 HP single phase motor. 25 amps current. An instruction booklet is provided. No hoses or air filters are included, only the compressor.
Compressor always worked great for me and provides approximately 15 CFM of air at 145 PSI. I set the pressure switch to start pumping at about 110 PSI, and stop at about 145.
I will not ship this compressor. Local pickup only for casn only. I will help with loading. you will need a pick up truck. Pick up within one week of winning bid.
