For sale is a Bliss No. 8 OBI punch press. It weighs about 350 lbs. I could unload it and get into my garage myself, so it is not that hard to move around if you know what you are doing.
It works by the motor spinning the big flywheel. When you press the pedal, it engages the clutch and the press begins to press down. THIS MACHINE IS DANGEROUS IF MISUSED. There is a reason why old press operators had nickname Lefty. You should familiarize yourself with safe operation practices. (which boil down to elaborate rules making 100% sure that the hands can never get inside when the press moves).
There is nothing visbly wrong with this machine. You get what you see.
