This is a military surplus Atec 6C86 electronic frequency counter. I
verified it with my old trusty signal generator, and it worked exactly
precisely (as you can see). Note that it had some old style military
110V connector, which I replaced with my own regular household 110V
connector. It was calibrated at some point.
