Omron E5ZN-2CNF03TC-306 temperature controller module. 24VDC, 3W (per label). Front panel LEDs: POWER, ERROR, SD/RD, OUT1, OUT2, SUB1, SUB2. Two rotary switches for UNIT and BPS. Rear diagram shows RS?485 terminals, dual current outputs (OUT1/OUT2 4?20/0?20 mA), and sub outputs (2?10/0?10 VDC). Made in Japan. Includes the mounting base/terminal block shown; some labeled cut wires remain attached. Condition: Used with cosmetic wear and scuffs from prior panel use. Untested by us. Great for industrial temperature and process control applications where an Omron E5ZN module is needed.
