sony camera adapter

This is a Sony CA-3A camera adaptor in a visually nice condition. I am unable to test it, therefore it is sold AS-IS. Nevertheless, I am offering a :SATISFACTION: This unit came from a surplus auction. It looks clean. It has the following connectors: MIC, MIC IN, EARPHONE, DC IN 12V, BREAKER, GENLOCK, VF, REMOTE, VTR, POWER switch.

I bought it as a part of a large lot, which had two parts that appear to be related to this device (see last picture). If you think that they are a part of that adaptor, let me know and I will ship them along at no extra charge.
