many broken scopes

After a while selling working milsurp oscilloscopes, I now have to get
rid of all the non-working ones that I accumulated... This lot
contains six oscilloscopes. All of them are sold for parts. Condition
of each of them is described below. Local pickup is GREATLY
preferred for these items. Should you decide to buy the scopes, I
charge a NON-NEGOTIABLE handling charge of $60 in addition to actual
shipping.
If you win this lot and do not want some items, I will throw them away
for free. Also your handling charge will be reduced by $8 for every
scope that you do not want. (I need to pay for garbage stickers).
