This is a new combination lock. It is in a box. This is from a military
surplus lot. Military surplus equipment is generally associated with
higher quality (remember those $200 hammers). There is no shipping charge
on these items (will be sent via cheap USPS rates). A bid for one item gets
you one padlock.
