Two CB/SSB Radios, Realistic and Royce SSB/AM 1-632
You are bidding on a lot of two CB radios for sale. One (Realistic) I
have been able to test successfully, heard conversations, including
transmitting sounds (see the red LED light come up on one of the
pictures), and hear the responses of the people. The second radio
(Royce) turns on and makes noises as well, however I could not manage
the controls and squelch the noise and hear anything.
I know next to nothing about CB radios, I personally have a VHF radio
for My
Boat, that's why I could figure out what to do with the Realistic
radio. So maybe the Royce radio is working and maybe it is not. I
would expect it to work. The person who sold them to me said that the
Royce works as well, however I cannot warranty that. I tested them
using my boat battery.
The lot contains:
- Realistic TRC-422 A CB radio, tested, found to work
- Mike for it
- Royce SSB/AM Radio, turns on but not tested further
- CB Radio antenna with magnetic base, fits both
- Base for the Royce radio
- Mike for Royce radio
- Some weird cable (see picture)
- The boat battery is, obviously, not included.
