  For sale is a Werner Model 244, Type III Step Ladder.  (2) Step
  design.  200 Pounds maximum load capacity.  23" (1'11") Height of
  top step over floor.	All aluminum construction.  NOTE: I have a
  number of this exact model and type of Werner step ladder available.

  Some of them are MISSING ONE OR MORE RUBBER FEET.  All of them have
  been tested by my assistant, and easily support his 140 plus pounds.
