  1/60/115/230V Single phase AC input.	Maximum rated motor HP: 1,
  using 115V AC input; 2, using 230V AC input.	Please review the
  photographs to see the complete OEM tag information.	NOTE: This
  DC drive / speed controller was repaired and then placed on the
  shelf.  It has not been used since being repaired, tested, and given
  a clean bill-of-health.
