Single compartment electric convection steamer, Vulcan-Hart
Model No. VSX9000. 3 pan capacity, 7.5 KW/10 KW. 304 series
stainless steel exterior. Stainless steel cooking compartment with
coved interior corners. Manual control with 60 minute timer. High
output stainless steel steam generator. Heavy duty "slammable"
door and door latch mechanisms. Removable stainless steel drip
trough. Power connection requires 208 or 240 volt, 60 Hz, 1 or 3
phase. Split water line connection
