This is a Pacific Scientific cable tensiometer, model C8. It is in a
perfect condition, as far as I could tell. It comes with a calibration
bar, which is supposed to show 190 lbs tension. As you can see on the
pictures, the tensiometer shows exactly this much. It appears to have
seen very little use, not that use damages it all that much.
Capacity 10-200 lbs.
