I plugged this in and the all the buttons lit up. The
welcome screen booted up, and it appears to be working.
However, I do NOT know anything about this item or
what it is supposed to do, so there is NO guarantee
of functionality. Also, what you see is what you will receive. 
It was always kept on charge.
