For sale is a SINGLE PHASE Bridgeport Series I CNC 
  Milling Machine. It has a Fagor control. It works,
  X Y Z work, and the spindle runs. I looked inside the 
  control cabinet. The spindle gets its power from a Telemecanique 
  VFD (AC Drive). This drive runs the three phase spindle motor 
  from single phase. 

  It has an automatic High/Low speed changer.

  It also has what looks like spindle encoder for rigid tapping.

  This is a very nice machine, ready to work for you in your
  single phase garage. It is also very nicely built, this is 
  not your uncle's homemade conversion. It has ball screws, etc.

  Fagor is still in business and they can provide support for
  their products. Some documentation is inside the cabinet.

  I can deliver near Chicago for additional $$$$. I can also put 
  it inside your garage for even more additional $$$$$. I am 
  a machine mover.
