For sale is a Rockwell 12-14 table/cabinet saw. It is powered by a 5 HP, 3 phase motor. It includes a fence, miter gauge, a wrench, safety guard. If you do not see something, it probably is not included. I did test run it and it runs smoothly without problems. It is EXTREMELY heavy, I would say 700 lbs. It seems to be in good shape and easy to work on, a quality piece by all accounts.
