For sale is a Rietz Stainless Steel Hydraulic Ice Cream or Cottage Cheese machine. It was used by a leading junk food manufacturer until they upgraded to new equipment. It has a hydraulic operated ribbon screw inside. Enormous, huge tank. Shipping is possible via flatbed only. Free pick-up. Equipment is in good condition. Hydraulic pump is not included, but we have a few hydraulic units for sale. (2) 24" X 22" Top loading doors, (1) at each end. 2-7/8" Diameter stainless steel bottom discharge tube: tube is a 90 degree elbow, parallel to the floor at the discharge point. There is a hydraulic drive motor under a stainless steel cover, at the end opposite the discharge tube. There is NO outboard hydraulic pump for the hydraulic motor. Inside dimensions of the mixing barrel are approximately 58" diameter X 90" long.
