  For sale is a REBUILT OR NEW? BUCKET CYLINDER FOR HITACHI 800 EXCAVATOR.
  I am not sure if it was used or not, I am guessing it was a rebuilt item.

I
  was told the same by the person at the auction of a bankrupt excavation
  company.

  104" Overall length (+/- 1/2").  Cylinder body is approximately 8-1/2" 
  in diameter (+/- 1/4").  Cylinder is approximately 5-3/4" in 
  diameter (+/- 1/8").

  Diameter of through-hole on end of extending cylinder is approximately 
  5-1/2" (+/- 1/8").  Diameter of through-hole on non-extending part
  of cylinder body is approximately 5-1/8" (+/- 1/8").
