  For sale is a Powerex (PRX) Type CM100DY-12H Dual IGBTMOD, H-Series
  Module.  600 Volt, 100 amp rating.  From the manufacturer's provided
  information: "Powerex IGBTMOD Modules are designed for use in
  switching applications. Each module consists of two IGBT Transistors
  in a half-bridge configuration with each transistor having a reverse-
  connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and
  interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering
  simplified system assembly and thermal management."  (4) Identical
  units available.  Each appears to be in excellent condition.
