Features: Screw-terminal block with numbered positions and retaining
bar. Rear edge connector for rack/backplane. Label indicates input
range for this model: 1 to 5 V and 4 to 20 mA. UL and CSA marks. Made
in Japan, Lot No. 0277.

Condition: Used. Cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and marks on the case from
prior use. Terminals appear intact and label is readable. No other
issues seen, but no further testing was performed (assumption:
functionality not tested).

Includes: Module only as shown. No rack, cable, or manuals.

Typical use: Adding analog input measurement (voltage or current) to
Omron C500 PLC-based automation and process control setups.
