  CHAIN HOIST. Hard to find them in this nice of a condition.
  Low headroom hoists like this mount to your I-beam and same you 
  the headroom that would be otherwise taken by the trolley, hook,
  etc, improving your lift height. Rare to find something like
  this. It does work and looks very good. Very heavy. Approximately
  10 foot lift.
