  For sale is a NEW Cutler Hammer Type 10250TA45 Padlock Attachment
  with Red Mushroom Head Operator and Spring Latch.  Made in the USA.
  NOTE: This is a New, unused and Never Installed item.  Comes with OEM
  cardboard box.  There are some LIGHT SCRATCHES on the side of the red
  mushroom button from parts movement inside the box during
  transportation to my shop.
