  For sale is a Milton Roy Model RA10 Hydraulically Actuated,
  Controlled Volume Diaphragm Pump.  1/4 HP 1/60/115/208-230V AC Motor.
  6.2 GPH / 100 PSI.  5.7 GPH / 350 PSI.  Pumping volume is adjustable
  from 0 to 100 percent of rated throughput, and can be adjusted while
  pump is stationary or operating.  This unit is 
  tagged: 1015A1SESEM2NN.

  There is a tag on this pump that says: PUMP REPLACED, ADD OIL.
  The bolt holes do not look like the pump was ever mounted. My
  best guess is that they replaced the pump and never mounted it.
