This is a Miller Aircrafter 330ST Ac/DC single phase welder. It is capable of 5-500 amps. Since it is single phase, you can run it in your garage, as I did. This welding machine can weld both steel and aluminum due to its DC capability.
It comes with everything that you need to do TIG welding: Miller Watermate water cooler, original WP-24 torch by Weldcraft (note that the gas cup has a little piece cracked off, but it should cost very little to replace it), Miller foot pedal, huge ground cable with Tweco 600A grounding connector, gas tank (which I think was owned by military, see below) still with argon, regulator, all hoses etc. The only thing that is not included is electric plug that is specific to my garage.
I bought this welder at Rock Island Arsenal (US Military). A copy of invoice may be provided. As far as I could tell, they used it very little. The reason why the military sold it was that they wanted to empty the entire hangar full of stuff to renovate it.
I opened it up to change voltage from 460 to 230, and saw basically no dust on it. So I think that they used it very little. This is very typical for the military, by the way. See pictures of the insides that I attached.
I fully tested this welder and made a weld bead with 7018 stick electrode, as well as a TIG weld. Everything seems to work fine. See picture of the test piece with those welds. WP-24 is a special torch and while you can weld with it, you may be better off getting a generic WP-20 torch for $100 (no affiliation with seller).
This welder is basically a big step above the usual Syncrowave 250, it has AC/DC capabilities but is capable of a lot more current.
