Mid-STATES 180 AC STICK WELDER with HF ARC STABILIZER

For sale is a Mid-States 180 AC welder with a high frequency arc stabilizer bolted to the unit. This is a very clever welder configuration, permitting very sweet stick welding (no more frustration with restarting 7018 electrodes), but this arc stabilizer can also let you convert a DC welder into a TIG machine.

This machine is AC, 180 amp, with a very decent duty cycle, made in Chicago, USA. Includes welding cables and helmet. I can give a brief welding lesson if you want.
