  For sale is a MetalPro 40 ton 115 volt Ironworker 4000: flat shear
  (6 by 1/4 max), angle (1/4 by 3 inch max), bar shear,punch. It does
  everything you need in an ironworker. Takes 110 volt
  electricity. Works great and looks like it was not used too
  much. 

This is, apparently, a current model and is still being made and sold brand new for $2,895.00. Here's a video from the manufacturer.

Freight shipping. Can be shipped as is, or I can charge you extra for crating or removal of feed rollers. Weight estimated at 500 lbs.

2. I can get a freight quote and charge you my cost of freight and arrange shipping.
3. You can arrange shipping with your own freight company, to whom you would pay. It needs to have electronic tracking capability to complu with PayPal requirements. Title and risk passes to buyer at pick-up. I will also charge you $5 to $10 palletizing charge.
