  For sale is a Leeson Model CM31D17NZ8C DC Motor and Dayton Type 5X412D
  Variable Speed Drive.  1/6 HP, 1,750 RPM Continuous duty rated DC
  Motor.  1/2" Diameter output shaft.  Dayton 5X412D Variable speed
  drive.  1/60/115V Single phase AC input to drive.  NOTE: I have tested
  this motor and drive combination in my shop, and found them to be in
  good working condition.  Ready for service.
