For sale is an interesting aluminum artifact that, I believe, is called a Turner's cube. This is a cube with nested cubes machined recursively. Size 2 inches.
It looks very strange and fascinating in its own way. The sides of this mystery cube are 2 inches in size. It represents, no doubt, a complicated act of fine precision metalworking. It is very light, compared to its size. The finish does not seem to be polished, it looks like it is milled. The cube is very "airy" and light, even though it is made of metal. It seems to NOT be a polished consumer product, but rather, a proof of skill or a concept. Must be rather hard to make. No doubt, whoever made it, was very proud of his fine workmanship skills.
