Features: Finned heat-sink case, speed dial with 0?100 scale, Start/Stop and Auto/Manual toggle switches, indicator lights, and two circular connectors on one end. Condition: Used with scuffs, scratches, dust, and some finish wear/oxidation from prior use. Knob and switches move. Power/function not tested (assumption). No broken fins seen.
