For sale is a Jet T Slot Table. I got it from an auction where there was a 15 inch Jet drill press in the same room. My guess is that it was from that drill press. BUT IT IS ONLY A GUESS -- ALL APPLICATION DETERMINATION IS RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. This table looks like nothing is wrong with it.
