  Pneumatic Grinder.  6,000 RPM Rated speed.  Uses 6" diameter X 2"
  wide cup-type grinding wheels.  90 PSIG / 6.2 bar Rated air pressure.
  NOTE: I performed a basic air test on this grinder; it spins-up
  correctly, and sounds fine.  Several similar units available - all
  from a single manufacturer's plant that has been closed-down.
