Model/markings on block: 9001 KA1 Ser. K. Rated A600 / Q600. UL/CSA
marks visible. Contact block notes ?same polarity.?

Includes the switch assembly with mounting bezel/gasket and two
matching keys on a ring. Cut wire pigtails remain on the terminals.

Used condition with cosmetic wear, scratches, and some finish loss on
the metal body. Plastic contact block appears intact. Function not
tested.
